We have ordered Take Out dinners twice in the last four months from this place. My wife and daughters enjoy the pulled pork and I love the rack of ribs. Also preferred the catfish plate. The fish was fried Southern style (as expected) and was very tasty. Enjoyed the fried okra, crispy as I like it. Also had the cornbread and bleu cheese potato salad. Will order these again. Now to convince family to try the hot barbecue sauce.

Food is really good, top notch Q. Sliced brisket was perfect, ribs are above average. For sides, I did fried okra which was good and the onion rings which are elite. Hard to beat their pricing as well. Very fair for the amount of food you get.

Delicious BBQ. I recommend the brisket and smoked wings and potato salad. They are amazing.

We've passed by over a hundred times but today it was at meal time to justify a stop. My sampler platter had pulled pork and sliced brisket. The latter had a wonderful smokey crust. The side of fries were served piping hot. The dill pickles were excellent. The slaw was soupy and was both tangy and sweet in a good flavor balance, so I could forgive the wateriness. The staff checked in on us a couple of times, which was a nice friendly gesture. Seating was comfortable and the generous use of wood was appropriate and cozy for BBQ.

Great service. Pork and Brisket was great. Traditional sauce is the best IMHO. Mac and cheese was tasty. Warm and cozy dining area. Fish was great too. If you're in Cartersville, check them out.

Chose this place based on Yelp reviews and pictures. We got a few things to try - BBQ Pork Loaded Nachos, 1/2 Rack Platter, Jalapeño Cornbread, regular cornbread, BBQ Beans, Mac n cheese, Blue Cheese and Bacon Potato Salad, and Sweet Tea. Pork Nachos - really good. I liked the Queso a lot. The pork was also really good, not too much fat. I think these Would be on another level if they came covered in the BBQ beans - which it what I did with my side of beans. Delicious! Ribs - probably some of the best ribs we've ever had. Should have gotten a full rack. BBQ Beans - sweet and really good. Blue Cheese and Bacon Potato Salad - a little heavy on the blue cheese, but was good. Mac n Cheese - dry, chunky cheese. Wouldn't get again. Cornbread - I hate to say this because everything else was amazing... but this was BY FAR the worst cornbread either of us have ever had. It was like chewing and trying to swallow dry sand. I'm sorry . Overall, great little place with amazing food. We would definitely come back if in the area again. Also the girl at the front counter was pleasant and seemed happy!
